I was approached by a friend of mine, Nick, about helping with a video he was making to enter in the 2011 Student Video Competition. The point was to make a video about why you like studying at The University of Auckland (although Nick was the only one of us actually studying there). It was filmed in the style of a musical and is entirely satirical, although we feel it is a pretty accurate view of what student life is really like. This video actually went on to win the entire competition and gained Nick the recognition he deserved (see the competiton website here).
